Memorial Day Weekend Hotline

Barletta to offer customer service support again this holiday

May 2020 Feature

Barletta Pontoon Boats is kicking off the 2020 boating season by bringing back their popular Customer Service Holiday Hotline once again this upcoming Memorial Day weekend.

“There’s nothing more important to us than making sure our Barletta family members get the most out of their time on the water;  that’s why this hotline will always be a part of our DNA” says Bill Fenech, President & Founder of Barletta Pontoon Boats. “We had such positive feedback from the holiday hotlines last summer. And with the COVID-19 pandemic affecting everyone’s vacation and get-away plans,  it was a no-brainer to bring it back this year. Our technicians are ready to offer the Barletta Customer Experience that continues to set the bar in the marine industry.”

No issue is too small or too large. Barletta’s extended “family” members can call the hotline for assistance if they happen to into run into any issues while out on the water with family and friends, or worse yet, are not be able to get onto the water at all. All family time is priceless – this year more than ever. The last thing anyone wants is to not be able to take full advantage of the long weekend.

Customers will be able to reach the Barletta Customer Service Hotline between the hours of 5 pm and 9 pm (EST) Friday, May 22 and 8 am to 9 pm Saturday, May 23 through Monday, May 25. The hotline will be manned by our in-house trained Barletta technicians. The phone number will be on the Barletta website and social media sites starting on May 22. Customers calling after hotline hours can leave a message and rest assured that they will be contacted expediently.

“Barletta owners are our highest priority and that’s why we’ve partnered with the best dealer network in the industry,” continued Fenech. “I’m confident that our dealers are geared up for any issues that may arise this holiday weekend, and as always they should be your first point of contact if something arises. That said, we have your back all the way.”.

“If something comes up and you’re looking for a hand, give our hotline a call. We’ll do everything we can in our power to keep you on the water.”
