Aerial Wakeboarding has created
the first aftermarket universal wakeboard tower, the WakeWorks F250. Its innovation
is compatible for over 90 percent of pontoon boats and boasts a patent-pending
mounting feet design, an OEM-style construction, folding frame and a simple
installation process.
“We saw a need for an
aftermarket tower because other companies have neglected pontoons when they
develop product,” said PW Brand Rep Paul Pilkerton. “Pontoons have made changes
over the years to appeal to younger people by becoming more stylish and edgier.
We wanted to make a product that would make them look even better.”
With the popularity of pontoon
boats on the rise, more owners have reported the difficulty of finding
aftermarket upgrades to fit their boat. The WaveWorks F250 is constructed with
2-1/4-inch high-grade polished aluminum and features white LED lighting above
each tow point to comply with U.S. Coat Guard standards.
“It’s very easy to do install
it yourself on the pontoon especially because the mounting locations are more
accessible on a pontoon versus a ski boat,” said Pilkerton.
Along with being compatible
with most pontoons, the F250 is also compatible with most wakeboarding
accessories, including a complete line of WakeWorks racks and speakers. Aerial
has also announced intentions to release a full bimini top that will provide
shade for the entire pontoon in the near future. Pricing, products and more
information is available online or over the phone.
