Ebbtide completes two-day training

December 2007 News

Ebbtide Boats recently completed its two-day Ebbtide University, a sales training seminar, at Montgomery Bell State Park in White Bluff, Tenn.
"Our dealers expressed how much last year's Ebbtide University increased their sales skills, which in turn made for better boat shows and selling seasons," said Tommy Trabue, president of Ebbtide Corp., in a statement.
More than 70 professionals from Ebbtide dealerships across the U.S. and Canada attended the educational forum, which focused on enhancing their sales and marketing skills, along with their product knowledge. Ebbtide representatives instructed their "students" on their 2008 marketing strategies and goals.
Much of the seminar focused on Ebbtide's new models and the importance of product knowledge, targeting Ebbtide's unique features, options and benefits. The 2008 changes and enhancements on each boat were also reviewed. A competitive product presentation provided essential knowledge of the differences between the luxury Ebbtide models and their top competitors.
Also included were the industry trends and success stories to assist Ebbtide's dealers as they better serve boaters in their territories.
