CRC buys product line from Kwik Tek

CRC Industries acquired the Salt Terminator product line from Kwik Tek, the company announced. The transaction is effective immediately.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Kwik Tek will continue to manufacture and market a variety of marine accessory products under the Airhead, Sportsstuff, World Industries, Hull Hugr, Dry Pak, Jet Logic, ATV Logic and ScootR Logic brands.

"The Salt Terminator product line is a perfect fit for CRC and our offering of professional-grade marine cleaners and corrosion inhibitors," said Dori Ahart, marketing manager for the marine division of CRC Industries, in a statement.
