Website to offer free seminars for boaters

TheNauticalLifestyle.com is hosting a series of free Internet seminars next week to help boaters on a variety of topics.

Conducted by marine industry experts, the seminars include: How to get a boat loan if your credit score is under 720; what to do when caught in bad weather; the advantages and disadvantages of having a multihull craft over a monohull; and the do's and don'ts of boat buying.

Speakers include Jim Coburn, past president of the National Marine Bankers Association; Jim Brown, a marine architect and builder best known for his trimarans; and Mike Smith, a senior vice president at the Global Marine Insurance Agency.
