Upgrade To Bluetooth

Published in the September 2013 Issue September 2013 News

As Bluetooth technology continues to dominate the world of electronics, Prospec Electronics moves right along with it. Small enough to fit in the palm of one's hand, Prospec's new Milennia Bluetooth Adaptor, MILBTREC, enables users to upgrade their current 12-volt stereos without Bluetooth to Bluetooth audio streaming.

Owners who have a CD or cassette head unit and do not wish to spend the extra money for a brand-new receiver upgrade can look no farther than this MILBTREC adaptor. Simple to use, this audio accessory just needs to be connected to a stereo via rear aux input, as well as run power and ground. Owners can then grab their Bluetooth enabled device, pair and stream music wirelessly.

Bluetooth technology utilizes radio waves, so wired connections are reduced. This helps eliminate clutter and cost, while also reducing installation times. Fast pairing enables owners to listen to music immediately. Users can also control tracks and volume of the Bluetooth stereo through their media device.

Prospec's MILBTREC Adaptor has a price of $59.95. (www.prospecelectronics.com)
