Hot Tub Pontoon Rental

July 2014 Industry

Planning a trip to sunny San Diego? You will find a lot of different options for pontoon rentals. But there is a fun new one out there called Hot Tub Cruisin. This pontoon has an eight-person hot tub mounted on the deck. You can rent this boat out for $215 an hour.

“It’s a hot tub on a boat,” founder Taylor Rhodes told ABC 10 News.

Taylor and his brothers say the business was two years in development, including approval from the Coast Guard and local marine authorities.

The boat can be driven by anyone 18 years or older if they have a valid driver’s license. It doesn’t cruise faster than no-wake speeds, and although alcohol is allowed on board, moderation is the tone set by the staff. The only tragic part about this boat is there is no head.

The pontoon comes with a cooler, a Bluetooth-compatible stereo system and the required safety gear, including Coast Guard-approved life jackets, fire extinguishers and an air horn. The company has a back up boat to come and get you and your guests if you run into an emergency situation.

Hot Tub Cruisin definitely offers a new, exciting, and luxurious boating adventure for all to enjoy on the waters of Mission Bay in San Diego, Calif. It’s the perfect way to take in the scenic views of this beautiful area. Whether you are relaxing in our spa after brunch, lounging on the deck listening to music on a cool afternoon, taking in a beautiful sunset, stargazing or watching the spectacular nightly Mission Bay firework show, Hot Tub Cruisin has something to offer for everyone. With adjustable water temperature, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the tub on a hot summer day or stay warm during a cool afternoon or evening cruise.
