There’s a new player in the pontoon world. On second thought, the term “new” is misleading. Cobalt Boats has been making boats for over 40 years, but now the company is breaking into the pontoon market with its new platform boat, branded Marker One.
Cobalt makes these pontoons (known as the platform series boats) and its other models in Neodesha, Kan., which is roughly 100 miles east of Wichita and 20 miles from any sizable body of water.
