Cobalt Boats, maker of the Marker One pontoon boat, has announced the hiring of Terry Clark as the company's new president. Terry most recently worked for Textron Aviation, a merger of Cessna and Beech Aircraft. He brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience to the position.
According to Cobalt, Terry’s experience with performance management systems, productivity maximization, and systems and logistics excellence will further enhance Cobalt’s leadership team.
From the press release: "Clark obtained a Masters of Science degree with an emphasis in manufacturing engineering from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas. He did undergraduate work at Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri and Northeastern Oklahoma A&M in Miami, Oklahoma. During his tenure in the aviation industry, Clark held positions of increasing responsibility to include General Manager of Beech’s Salina facility, General Manager of Cessna’s Columbus, Georgia facility, General Manager of Cessna’s Independence, Kansas, facility and President of CitationAir based out of Greenwich, Connecticut. Mr. Clark is an active commercial/instrument pilot and resides in Independence with his wife Patti."
