Two New Snapless Pontoon Covers

October 2016 Product PDB Staff

Ameritex Fabric Systems has revealed a great new product for pontoon owners: a pair of towable snapless pontoon boat covers. The SureSeal playpen cover uses an elastomeric rubber extrusion which is impervious to heat and cold and fits into the horizontal groove running along the underside of the boat’s railing. Installation is as easy as pressing the insert into the groove, and removing it is achieved by pulling the tabs to break the seal. The cover is watertight and does not come loose in the wind.

Ameritex is also introducing a four-point attachment and ratchet tension system for its playpen cover. It’s installed by attaching four corner points to the deck and ratcheting the line tight. (www.ameritexfabric.com)
