Barefoot Skiing at 55

March 2017 Feature

Some people make a living inspiring others. For Zenon Bilas, it's a byproduct of simply living his life.

This Baby Boomer is celebrating 40 years of barefoot waterskiing around the world by pursuing his 8th national championship—at age 55.

"I'm doing everything I did 30 years ago," he notes. For most of us, that means getting to the gym twice a week or golfing 18 holes. But for this 7-time national barefoot waterskiing champion, it means training for the 2017 Barefoot Nationals being held this August in Florida.
