The Coast Guard Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to the education and well-being of all Coast Guard members and their families, announced that in honor of the Coast Guard Foundation’s 50th anniversary, Leidos, a generous corporate donor, has offered to match every gift received by June 5, 2019 – dollar for dollar – up to $50,000.
“The support of our donors coupled with Leidos’ matching gift will help close the gap between the services provided by the Coast Guard’s budget and what service members really need,” said Susan Ludwig, president, Coast Guard Foundation. “Through our programs like college scholarships for children of fallen Coast Guard heroes, assistance to families of critically injured members, and morale and recreation support, Coast Guard members can be ready to perform their difficult, often arduous duty.”
Leidos is a Fortune 500® information technology, engineering and science solutions and services leader working to solve the world's toughest challenges in the defense, intelligence, homeland security, civil and health markets.
