The release of the price-point C Class line from Barletta brought a high-end feel to its entry-level models in 2020, but for some it also blurred the line a little on its E-Series mid-range line of pontoons. The distinction is extremely clear now with the release of the all-new mid-line Corsa.
At the end of the last model year, Barletta owner Bill Fenech challenged his team to come up with a pontoon boat that had all the DNA of a Barletta pontoon boat – luxury, performance, unmatched ride, large aft deck, pet-friendly – but put a sporty “twist” on it. Thus the Corsa Series was born, effectively replacing the E-Series.
Corsa features a unique rail set – with inspiration from the L-Series – that includes the swooping front rails, thinner rail lines, and aggressive angles making it look as if it’s poised in a starting gate. Add the new for 2021 Matte Black railskin and Barletta’s BlackOut package and you truly have a pontoon boat that stands out in the crowd. The interior furniture has a sportier, modern look but maintains the luxury feel Barletta customers have come accustomed to. With a “ghost” gray base vinyl, customers can pick between one of three interiors Cielo (Blue), Calore (Red), or Lindo (Carbon). Inset Yeti-ready cupholders with custom Barletta speaker grills, and a spectacular elevated helm station with push-button switches, wireless phone charge and color-coordinated marine mat continue the sporty persona throughout the vessel. The Corsa, with a price-point settled nicely in between the L-Series and the C-Series, will appeal to prospective customers looking for a pontoon boat that looks and performs with a little “attitude.” (www.barlettapontoonboats.com)
