Sea Pro Boats
, a U.S. manufacturer of fiberglass bay boats and center console boats headquartered in Whitmire, South Carolina, announced the formation of a new company — Liquid Assets, LLC — that will take over manufacturing of Coach Pontoons and Xcursion Pontoons, two popular pontoon boat brands based in Chanute, Kansas.

Jimmy Hancock and Preston Wrenn, industry veterans and owners of Sea Pro Boats, are also owners of this newly formed company.  With this new development, Sea Pro has now entered the important pontoon boat market with an established line of premium quality boats popular with inland boaters and pontoon enthusiasts across the country.

The Xcursion brand was established in 2011.  The brand’s current lineup covers a range of popular models from 21 to 26 feet, all built with the finest materials, craftsmanship and technology.

The Coach Pontoon lineup was launched in 2015, offering boaters a choice of six floorplans ranging from 21 to 26 feet.   Coach Pontoons are recognized throughout the industry for delivering high quality and the finest OEM equipment available, while also providing exceptional value for consumers.

This will establish Sea Pro Boats in an important new boating market and ideally compliments the company’s successful line of fiberglass bay boats, center console fishing boats and family sandbar boats — new 22- and 24-foot models that combine the best of fishing and relaxation in one versatile platform.

“The strong reputation of the Xcursion and Coach Pontoon brands is perfectly aligned with what we’ve established at Sea Pro Boats,” said company founder and President Jimmy Hancock. “We pride ourselves on offering boaters across the U.S. quality construction, innovative design, well planned features, and exceptional value. With these brands added to our portfolio, we’ll be able to deliver Sea Pro quality to a broad new audience of boaters nationwide, while at the same time expanding our market reach and dealer network. We’re very excited about entering the pontoon market and what the future holds for our company,” added Hancock.

Sea Pro Boats is already looking at ways to integrate the company’s established expertise in fiberglass molding and in-house component manufacturing to elevate the design, features, and functionality of these luxury pontoon brands. “We have exciting plans for the Coach and Xcursion lines coming for the 2026 model year,” said Hancock.  “We’ll be breaking new ground and launching innovations that will take these brands — and the pontoon boat category overall — to new levels. We couldn’t be more excited about this opportunity to show what we can do in an entirely new category of the boating industry,” Hancock added.
