Revamped `Grow Boating' site premiers

March 2006 News

The newly redesigned Web site for the Grow Boating campaign launched this week featuring several new and updated elements to help manufacturers and dealers become more involved with the initiative. The new site can be found at GrowBoating.org.

Visitors to the site will be asked to register and log-in to receive detailed industry information, such as Discover Boating marketing information, marine industry dealership certification information, water access protection research and details of the National Marine Manufacturers Association's certification program.

The homepage is designed to provide basic information on Grow Boating and direct any non-industry visitors to learn more about DiscoverBoating.com.

Industry stakeholders must register on the site to access the exclusive, industry-only portion of GrowBoating.org, where they may view key programs offered through the initiative.

Once registered, GrowBoating.org allows contributing manufacturers to upload, update or verify information displayed on DiscoverBoating.com, manage individual profiles and retrieve sales leads.

Beginning Monday, contributing marine dealers who register at GrowBoating.org can upload their information to the DiscoverBoating.com dealer finder.
