The National Marine Manufacturers Associate recently announced the names of 41 boat and engine manufacturers who maintained a high standard of excellence in customer service for the year between April 2010 and March 2011.

The Marine Industry CSI awards program recognizes manufacturers that achieved and maintained a 90 percent customer satisfaction rate over the past year. Satisfaction is measured by surveys given to every new boat owner from participating manufacturers, and independently measured by the NMMA.
