SubTropolis Storage Now Taking Reservations for Fall

August 2007 News

"With summer coming to a close, outdoor enthusiasts are looking for a secure place to store their boats and other lake gear," said John Keeney, Property Manager. "We've got the perfect location for them and have had a terrific response since opening our facility last winter. We also offer a protected environment over the winter for people with classic cars and other vehicles of value."

Located in SubTropolis, a 1,200-acre subterranean industrial park, it is just 10 minutes from Kansas City's central business district and 20 minutes from Kansas City International Airport. SubTropolis Storage is a 280,000 square-foot facility with accessibility to onsite wash and dump stations, valet parking and an onsite safety department for security 24/7.

Summer and fall hours for SubTropolis Storage are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday. The paved facility offers a climate-controlled environment, sprinkler system, 24-hour onsite security and protection from floods, tornados and other natural disasters.
