An Oasis Awaits

When you start ranking states best known for pontooning, I’m guessing Utah probably doesn’t top your list. For those geographically challenged, Utah is out west and far from the Midwest, where pontoon boats are as common as farms.

One factor in the growth (and acceptance) of pontoon boats in the great state of Utah is the emergence of Roger's Performance Marine, which was established nearly 15 years ago.

“RPM started in 2002, but I have been in the boating business since 1987,” says RPM Owner Roger Barker. The south location is the original store and then came the north dealership in Centerville.”

Located in Hurricane, Utah, RPM South is just a couple of miles from Sand Hollow, a state park in Utah that features a 1,322-acre reservoir and an extensive off-highway vehicle recreation area on Sand Mountain
