National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) President Frank Hugelmeyer delivered a State of the Industry address at IBEX 2021, providing outlook and analysis on the future of recreational boating. In addition to discussing the challenges the recreational boating market faces, especially since the outbreak of COVID, Hugelmeyer also shared why he believes we have reason to be hopeful and optimistic about the future of recreational boating. He called for action in the industry to establish a stronger and more diverse customer base as "the world permanently redefines how and where it lives, works and plays."
