Evinrude and Sylvan team up for rebate

Sturtevant, Wis., November 11, 2009 - Consumers who purchase the all-new Sylvan RPT
pontoon powered with a 200 H.O. Evinrude E-TEC outboard engine will have the opportunity
to take advantage of a $1,000 consumer rebate offered by Sylvan Boats. This exclusive
promotion is offered by participating Sylvan dealers and runs through January 31, 2010.
The Evinrude "Best Deal on the Water" promotion, which launched September 15, 2009
and ends December 22, 2009 is in addition to the Sylvan rebate promotion. Consumers
are eligible for $1,000 from Sylvan AND a 5-year BRP factory-backed limited warranty (3-
year factory warranty PLUS an additional 2-year B.E.S.T. coverage).

The "Best Deal on the Water" promotion is supported by a comprehensive marketing
campaign designed to boost exposure for the program. Sylvan Boats has launched an
aggressive advertising campaign as well as in-store point-of-purchase to promote the
