What Are Nebos?

Lightweight boating sandal on Kickstarter page

August 2018 Feature

While browsing through some Kickstarter pages we came across one that we felt deserved a shout out. It's called Nebos Ultralights and it's basically a very lightweight and portable sandal. What caught our atteniont is each sandal weighs only 54 grams so you really can take them anywhere.

Nebos Ultralights were developed by two friends looking to have another pair of shoes available in the least likely place imaginable: half way through 100 plus mile bike rides. These shoes needed to be light, ultraportable, good looking, and inexpensive. After two plus years in the development process and dozens of iterations using the latest in footwear technology, the founders, Jordan Bagnall and Ian Dalton, started to get interest from friends who wanted to use them not just for cycling, but for everyday use including boating and so, Nebos Ultralights were born. It's worthy of  a closer look and if nothing else, their Kickstarter video is worth a watch, click here to see it.
