Mercury Marine has devised a new top cowl for its 8 and 9.9hp four-stroke outboards. The new design showcases a modern design that complements the rest of its FourStroke line of engines. In addition to the new cowl design, they are also adding new graphics to the engines that align with their Pro series of tournament-angling outboards.
