BoatUS photo contest good for any catch, past or recent

May 2017 Industry, News

You may have seen former pro angler and outsized fishing personality Mark Zona hosting the Bassmaster Elite Series on TV, or appearing on his own Zona’s Awesome Fishing Show. Now is your chance to go fishing with him!

Submit a photo of any catch, past or recent, to the BoatUS “Best Catch” Photo Contest and you could find yourself in a fishing boat with rod, reel and none other than the “Z-man,” as he’s known to fans. The contest runs May 1–31, 2017 and entry details and contest rules can be found at BoatUS.com/Catch.

With $1,000 provided for travel expenses, the grand-prize winner will head to Zona’s favorite lake in Michigan. Also included is a one-year, Unlimited Water Towing Membership with services from TowBoatUS, Unlimited Trailer Assist providing up to 100 miles of on road towing for tow vehicles and boat trailers; BoatUS membership; and annual membership to FishTrack, a fishing, weather and navigation-planning tool.

Zona, one of the most recognizable faces in outdoor television and never one to turn down a chance to go fishing, said, "Oh, how much fun we've had on the BoatUS Best Catch contest through the years! I don't want our winner to have the trip of their life, I want them to leave and feel like they had an out-of-body fishing dream!”
